Jeferson Guaresi is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black bel, who is one of the main representatives of the PSLPB and Unity Jiu-Jitsu Academies. Jeferson Guaresi started teaching at Unity Academy at the age of 19, when he was a purple belt.

Biography

Jeferson started his career in football as a goalkeeper. His remarkable athleticism and unwavering diligence contributed greatly to his team’s victories in regional tournaments and on the national stage.

At the age of 11, Guaresi Jeferson incorporated jiu-jitsu into his sports regimen motivated by close friends who had been already practicing at a local gym.

In 2015, he moved to São Paulo, fully immersing himself in PSLPB training, where he trained diligently for two years. Jefferson subsequently earned his brown belt under the mentorship of Cicero Costa. Following this achievement, he split his training regimen between Cicero Costa’s enclave and the Unity Academy, located in New York City. The unification of these two training bastions ultimately led to the pinnacle of Jefferson Guaresi’s journey – obtaining his black belt in mid-2019.
